This belief shaped the life's work of late Sri. K.V. Ratnam - a pioneer in education and the founder of one of the earliest academic institutions in Andhra Pradesh. Over five decades, the Ratnam Group of Educational Institutions has grown into a legacy that has produced lakhs of doctors and engineers.
Alongside him was Padmavathi Ratnam, whose strength, clarity, and unwavering support played an integral role in shaping this journey.
That legacy continues to guide the values we are rooted in at Fostree today.

A doctor turned academician, Dr. Krishna Kishore Korrapati, along with his wife Vasanthi Korrapati, bring over two decades of experience in education, having established Dr. Kishore’s Ratnam Schools in 2003.
Their approach blends strong academic leadership with structured, strategic direction. With expertise in curriculum design, programme development, and school systems, they focus on refining how learning is delivered and experienced.
Today, their work extends to future-ready education models, including the thoughtful integration of technology and AI, continuing to shape the academic direction of Fostree.

Directors of Fostree International School, Roshini and Eswar bring global exposure across branding, strategy, and education. Both hold a Master’s in Corporate Brand Management from London, UK, with experience spanning publishing, digital strategy, analytics, and brand building.
With backgrounds at Springer Nature and Verkeer London, they bring a strong understanding of global education systems and strategic thinking. In recent years, they have focused on researching international school models and building Fostree with a shared vision of future-ready education.
Their approach combines strategic clarity with a practical understanding of how learning environments shape behaviour to create systems that are intentional, scalable, and rooted in how children truly learn.

Dr. Gayathri Loganathan is an experienced IB consultant, programme leader, and educator with over two decades of experience in curriculum development, academic leadership, and teacher training. She has been part of senior leadership teams at leading IB World Schools, contributing to learning frameworks across the PYP, MYP, and DP.
Her expertise includes PYP authorisation and evaluations, inquiry-based learning, and mentoring educators. She works closely with teachers and school leaders to strengthen teaching clarity, assessment practices, and student-centred learning.
With a strong understanding of transdisciplinary learning and IB systems, she helps build structured, high-quality learning environments from the ground up.
